The slip ring of VESTAS generator adopts compact moulding structure. Because of the forced air cooling structure, the slip ring of VESTAS generator is compact in structure. Because the Slip ring is small and the heat dissipation is poor, the material and insulation parts of the collector ring are required to be high. We use high temperature insulating material and high conductivity copper material to avoid slip ring burning due to high temperature. This type of slip ring mainly uses 850KW and 2MW wind turbines.
